Since today is also the birth of the this blog, it is only fitting to pay homage to 3rd Heatle. Chris Bosh has been playing his a$$ off!! Since the loss to Portland on March 8th, Chris has been more aggressive to the hoop, hasn't settled for the jumper, and has played beautifully off the pick and roll.
This was a great sign for Heat fans, as it opens the lane for nasty cuts to the hoop by Wade or James. It also involves Bosh earlier in the ball rotation, so he can kick it out or shoot his smooth jumper. Since that Portland debacle, I actually attended, Bosh has averaged a double-double and shooting 54% from the field.
If Chris can continue to play with aggressiveness and make good passing decisions, the Heat are in good shape. It takes courage and confidence to make a public statement, but it takes a man to follow through!! Happy Birthday Big guy!!
